Klinkby Housing and Day Center is seeking an evening shift and a night shift starting 01/12/26

We are seeking social and health care assistants or social and health care helpers for a position as a permanent evening shift and a position as a permanent night shift as of 01.12.2026, both at 30 hours per week or as agreed.

Lemvig Municipality has consolidated the dementia units at Klinkby Bo- og Dagcenter. We have 3 living units each with space for 8 residents, a day center and Svinget (remilisens apartments). The fact that we exclusively work with residents with this disease, both in the day center and in our housing units, means that Klinkby Bo- og Dagcenter is the dementia resource center in the Lemvig Municipality.

We work every day with person-centered care with a focus on the individual, where relationships and systematic work are given high importance. Our core task is to create a everyday life with well-being and moments of joy, despite dementia.

• Can and dare to reflect on your own and others’ practice and can see documentation as an integrated part of the interdisciplinary collaboration
• Can be in situations where residents have challenging behaviour
• Can work in an appreciative and conflict-deescalating manner.
• Can master supporting and helping with personal care

Salary

Salary is set in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and Lemvig Municipality’s salary policy.

If you are trained as an SOSU assistant, the starting salary for a full-time employee would be 29,903 DKK per month + pension. In addition, a qualification wage is negotiated based on your experience and personal qualifications. If you have another educational background, including SOSU-helper, the salary level will be provided prior to the employment interview.
