Kløver-Skolen is looking for an energetic pedagogue for the school's A department

Kløver-Skolen has as of December 1, 2026 a vacant 34-hour pedagogue position.

This position offers you an exciting opportunity, where it is important that you can see yourself working very responsibly with two key focus areas, both exciting but different within the fields of Autism and ADHD - the areas.

When employed in A-department, you are expected to be able to solve tasks in all department classes, and the tasks may change. You will be attached to a "primary class", which in this case will be our middle grades as a school pedagogue, where you will work closely with the teacher and other colleagues to create a positive, structured and pedagogical learning environment, taking as its starting point each individual pupil's developmental level.

There may, to some extent, be teaching tasks within the tasks as well as 1-1 tasks with individual pupils or pupils with school-refusal issues, but this is agreed on an ongoing basis as the tasks arise.

For the position, we have the following expectations of you

• Is a trained pedagogue, preferably with experience from after-school care, school or daycare within the special needs field.
• Has relational competence and is skilled at creating a positive relationship with the pupils.
• Has competencies within Sign Language and generally alternative communication.
• Can create structure and predictability in the pupils' everyday life.
• Has knowledge of and understanding of motor development and support.
• Is caring, appreciative and trust-building.
• Can work independently and in teams, be proactive and take initiative in finding solutions.
• Is curious and reflective in your approach to working with our pupils.
• Has knowledge of low arousal, and can translate this into good practice.
• Can create a positive, professional and pedagogical learning environment through structure and clarity, based on each individual pupil's developmental level.
• Is robust, stable and flexible, able to join different classes in the team.
• Can thrive in a daily life characterized by children with many different needs.
• Has the abilities and competence to engage in a close multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Masters extended parent collaboration, which is a necessity in working with the target group to ensure positive development for the pupils.

Kløver-Skolen is the special school of the Municipality of Sønderborg and the most extensive special provision for children with special needs. The school has 170 pupils and about 100 staff (teachers, pedagogues, occupational therapists, speech therapists, teaching aides and administrative staff). The school’s teaching is based on the individual pupil's needs and potential.

The goal of the teaching is, in close cooperation with the parents, to achieve optimal learning, both academically and personally, for the individual pupil. The culture at the school is that teachers and pedagogues work as equals in everyday life in self-managing teams. We work with an appreciative and relationship-based approach, with a strong focus on low arousal.

Kløver-skolen is divided into 3 departments, where pupils with autism spectrum disorders, general learning difficulties and pupils with speech/language difficulties, pupils with pervasive developmental disorders and concentration - and attention problems, as well as pupils with emotional and social difficulties are taught. In addition, there is an attached 1 SFO, located at Kløver-Skolen. SFO has enrolled children from 0 to 10th grade from all three departments of the school. SFO is open before school, after school and on school holidays.

The position is paid according to the applicable collective agreement. When employed, a copy of the criminal record and the child certificate will be requested.
