We hope that you are the new club staff member who wants to experience club life at Klub Oasen together with us. We have a large, beautiful house and outdoor area with many possibilities in Karlslunde.

We have around 250 children and young people aged 10-16 who have the opportunity to participate in communities through activities, projects and relationships across ages. We are open from Monday to Friday, have longer opening hours 2 times a week, weekend events, overnight stays on holidays and much more. In all school holidays we have different opening hours.

The working hours are from 12:00-20:00 and in school holidays from 10:00-16:00.

Who we are

We are passionate about club life, the pedagogical leisure offer, you will get 6 colleagues with lots of humor, professionalism and respect for each other. We are a staff group with many competences. We take care of each other.

Your area of work

You will become part of a close collaboration where we each contribute to the development of children and young people, formation of values. You will always have the opportunity to develop your own good ideas for activities, projects, trips out of the house, etc.

In addition you will work with

• focus and development of our large creative workshop with many possibilities, glass art, textile art, sewing machines, art drawing and painting etc.; this will be your area of responsibility.
• be part of our wellbeing work.
• Be ready for trips on weekdays, as well as larger trips.

Also you are/have

• pedagogical experience within the area.
• ready to work every weekday, as well as one to two evenings, participate in events on Fridays about 3-6 times annually, have different meeting times during school holidays.
• professionally well-founded, confident in your professional expertise.
• have a category B driving license, we have a club bus.
• have a clean criminal record and a child-safety certificate.
