Chef wanted for Sahan Slagter og Kebab ApS

Sahan Slagter og Kebab ApS is seeking a skilled and experienced chef for our kitchen.

We are looking for an employee with experience in preparing Turkish dishes, including döner, kebab and other traditional grill and meat dishes.

Job responsibilities

• Preparation of döner, kebab and various Turkish dishes
• Preparation, marinating and cooking of meat
• Preparation of grilled dishes and other hot meals
• Preparation of raw materials and ingredients
• Ensuring good quality and proper handling of food
• Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen area
• Other general kitchen duties

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef or in cooking in a professional kitchen
• Experience with Turkish dishes, including döner and kebab
• Knowledge of preparation and handling of meat
• Ability to work independently and in cooperation with colleagues
• Responsible, reliable and quality-oriented
