Are you up to the gastronomic beat, and can you work magic with flavor nuances so that even the birds sing?

We are looking for an experienced qualified cook for our canteen in Aarhus, for 37 hours per week. Working hours are weekdays from 06:00 to 14:00. In this canteen we prepare a daily lunch buffet and meeting servings for 300 diners. Together with the team you will ensure that our guests get the day's best experience and quality. Your work area will alternate between hot and cold dishes, salads, bakery and desserts, so we want you to have experience handling all areas so that rotation among colleagues in the kitchen is possible.

In addition you will also come to work with e-smiley, ordering, menu planning, setting up the buffet, preparing meeting service and not least daily cleaning. All of this in collaboration with your colleagues.

At SERWIZ we work purposefully with ecology, sustainability as well as reducing food waste and CO2 in our kitchens.

Your profile

Your relationship with food is like a good romantic comedy film. It always ends well. You have in-depth knowledge of the culinary world, professional culinary knowledge and are in tune with the beat. You are a trained chef, and have experience from similar positions. If you are (also) trained as a baker or bread enthusiast, that is a plus, as we and our client love home baking. You are by nature goal-oriented, ambitious, curious, cheerful and conscientious in all you do.

It is in your DNA to think differently, be approachable and service-minded. You take responsibility for your daily station and other tasks, create structure and think it’s fun to go to work when no two days are the same.
