Chef wanted at Sophiendal Castle Hotel

Sophiendal Castle Hotel, which is part of 6 Danish castle hotels, is seeking a part-time chef (up to 30 hours per week) to take care of the castle's kitchen, as we are incredibly busy.

We offer a daily routine with a great deal of freedom under responsibility, where you plan the daily menu yourself and where, for both parties and conferences, you have the opportunity to use your creativity.

The chef we are looking for is mature, independent, experienced, creative and organized; you can either be a trained chef or have experience in the trade. We serve à la carte, run banquets and hold conferences. We are a good team at the castle that values an engaged and stable colleague, who can also help shape the daily work positively and professionally.

Good pay and consistent days off are offered.
