Cook wanted – trained or with solid experience

We are busy at Bechs Hotel and therefore looking for a trained chef/gastronomist for our kitchen.

Many of our staff have been with us for many years, which creates a workplace where we know each other well and help each other in daily life. The atmosphere is informal and family-like , while we focus on delivering quality work.

We are looking for a chef who knows their craft, takes responsibility and thrives on being part of a small team where everyone pulls together.

About the job

Your tasks will include, among other things

• Preparation of à la carte dishes
• Preparing food for take-away
• Cooking for parties and events
• Collaboration with the rest of the kitchen and the hotel’s other staff

We imagine that you

• are a trained chef/gastronomist – but this is not a requirement. If you have solid experience from a kitchen, restaurant, hotel or similar and can document that you know your craft, we would also love to hear from you.
• can work independently and keep an overview when it is busy
• take responsibility for your work and the quality that leaves the kitchen
• are stable and reliable
• are a good colleague and contribute positively to the collaboration

For us, the most important thing is that you know your craft, take responsibility and want to be part of the team .

• Salary and terms of employment according to the current HORESTA/3F agreement

About Bechs Hotel

Bechs Hotel is centrally located in Tarm in West Jutland.

We are a local hotel with a restaurant, events and guests from both Denmark and abroad. It is not far to Ringkøbing Fjord, the North Sea and the West Jutland nature.

We place emphasis on good service, good workmanship and a workplace where we help each other.
