Some carpenters love small service tasks.

Into, replace a board, onto the next.

Others would rather start on a bigger construction site, get their tools out and help create something that takes more than an afternoon.

We’re looking for the latter.

We are looking for more carpenters in Kolding for larger carpentry tasks.

🪚 A workday with real carpentry work

You will be working on different tasks within the trade.

Depending on the construction, the workday can include

🔹 Building walls

🔹 Drywall work

🔹 Ceilings

🔹 Doors

🔹 Installation

🔹 Interior carpentry work

🔹 Fittings and finishing

🔹 Other classic carpentry tasks

That also means you must be able to adapt.

Because it is not certain that Monday’s task will also be Thursday’s task.

Luckily. Otherwise the week would be long enough. 😄

🔨 We are looking for carpenters – not people who need a hand held all day

You must have experience from the trade and be able to take responsibility for your work.

When you get a task, you must be able to start and solve it properly.

That means that you

• Have experience as a carpenter
• Can work independently
• Have an understanding of good craftsmanship
• Can read the task and find solutions
• Show up reliably
• Can collaborate with colleagues and other trades
• Care about the quality of the finished work

There should be some pace.

But there is a difference between fast work and rush .

The first we like.

The second usually causes extra work later.

📐 The millimetres still matter

On larger construction sites there are many people and many parts that need to fit together.

That does not make precision less important.

Quite the opposite.

If the carpenter moves something 20 millimetres, the electrician takes another 20 and the plumber does the same...

...then we have suddenly invented a completely new building. 😅

Therefore we are looking for people who take responsibility for their part.
