Social and Health Care Assistant (SHA) sought primarily for day shift at Havblik Nursing Home

Havblik is a cozy nursing home with a view over Fænøsund. Here live 30 residents whom we meet with respect, care and high professional standards. We place emphasis on residents feeling seen and heard, and that everyday life contains meaning, joy of life and self-determination.

• You are educated as Social and Health Care Assistant.
• You meet residents, relatives and colleagues with respect and presence.
• You can work independently but also possess good collaboration skills.
• You can ensure professional documentation.
• You can work purposefully and patiently with regard to the citizen's resources.
• You are passionate about creating security for the residents.
• You have humor and can use it positively in interaction with residents, relatives and colleagues.
• You thrive with challenges.
• You dare to put your professional skills to use and are happy to share your knowledge.
• You actively contribute to a positive working environment.
