Come and play with us - maternity leave substitute sought for the nursery

Can you play, read, sing and build forts with children in the nursery? Then we are looking for a pedagogue, assistant or helper for a maternity leave temporary position at 37 hours/week for Blomstergårdens vuggestue.

We are a small house with two vuggestue groups and two kindergarten groups, located surrounded by green areas. We have a lovely new playground, a rhythm basement and two new cargo bikes, which we use for trips in the area.

At Blomstergården we work with themes that we plan and work on together. We focus on following the children's cues and their interests, as well as ensuring that all children are part of the community. It is important to us that we give the children security and presence, and that we are trustworthy and relationally competent adults.

We are a diverse staff group with different experiences, competencies and perspectives, which we see as a strength. We are good at laughing together and we have a humorous sense of humor.

• You can participate in the children's play and be at child height with 0-3 year olds
• You can maintain an overview in stressful situations
• You prioritize good collaboration with parents
• You contribute to our good working environment
• You have experience from day care. This is an advantage, but not a requirement.
