Communications Intern (Spring 2027)

COMMUNICATION INTERN

We are seeking a communications intern for our head office in Funder near Silkeborg with start in January 2027.

Your tasks

As a communications intern you will be part of our HR team of 3 dedicated colleagues. Your primary focus is communication and employer branding. At the same time you will gain insight into HR's many different areas of work (e.g., onboarding, courses, trainee programs and employee wellbeing), and you will see how communication interacts with them. You will also collaborate with several of the house's other departments, e.g., Marketing, when new graphic material is developed.

Your tasks will include

• Internal communication to the entire organization via our internal app
• Idea development and production of content for LinkedIn
• Employer branding and conveying the day-to-day life at SPORT 24
• Communication and coordination in connection with courses, trainee programs and other employee activities
• Various ad hoc tasks

We tailor the tasks to your profile and interests, and you also have the opportunity to influence the direction during the internship period.

Who are you?

We imagine that you are currently pursuing a degree in communication, marketing, HR or similar, and that you:

• Are passionate about communication and employer branding
• Are good at expressing yourself in writing
• Thrive in a small team
• Can work independently

In return you will have responsibility from day one, a fixed sparring partner in HR and concrete cases for your portfolio.

The program is adjusted to your study guidelines, but we would like to have you on the team for 4-6 months.
