Consultant for quality improvement of the social-pedagogical documentation work in the Area for Adults with Developmental Disabilities - Sødisbakke (OVUS)

We are seeking an experienced colleague to support the work with a quality improvement of the documentation work in the social-pedagogical area at the Area for Adults with Developmental Disabilities Sødisbakke. The task is carried out in close dialogue and collaboration with the area management, our skilled documentation staff and professional coordinators at the services and the area's special pedagogical consultants.

In connection herewith we expect a broad portfolio of tasks. Including ongoing training in the area's Documentation Compass and guidelines, support of the resource person network for our documentation staff, preparation of supporting tools and communication materials, maintenance and ongoing adjustment of dashboards, spot checks, analytical work, preparation of management information and ongoing management sparring.

In addition you will enter into a collaboration with the area's special pedagogical consultants regarding the ongoing training of a common professional language around the area's professional approaches and methods in daily pedagogical work and the written documentation.

Moreover you will have a central role in the preparation of data extracts and materials for, e.g., the area's supervisory authorities. Likewise, other types of analysis and planning tasks may arise in the area. And we are not in doubt that further learning and development tasks will undoubtedly be waiting in line once you get started.

Your areas of work are especially

• Participate in teaching in the area's Documentation Compass and guidelines with a view to a quality lift of the area's documentation work.
• Support a resource person network in the documentation area.
• To participate in learning and development processes.

Your profile

• You have in-depth knowledge of the social-pedagogical documentation work – and experience with Sensum One would be an advantage.
• You are an experienced consultant and trainer.
• You are a skilled communicator.
• You have education such as a pedagogue with relevant postgraduate or continuing education.
• You are development- and solution-oriented with an eye for new perspectives on how we ensure a quality lift in the documentation work and the training of a common professional language about it.
• You can collaborate in a team and work independently.
• You are structured, follow up and persevere.
• You are motivated to drive development and implementation processes
• You are able to plan your own working time.

The Secretariat's primary task is - from various angles - to support the core task at Sødisbakke's housing and day services with different professional backgrounds and specialized tasks. We place high emphasis on collaboration, interdisciplinary work, ongoing upskilling and collective reflection.

If you are educated as a social educator you will be employed under the current agreement for social education personnel at residential institutions, etc., concluded with the Social Educators.

Others are employed under the current agreement for administration and IT staff, etc., concluded with HK.

This is a full-time position of 37 hours per week.

OVUS / Sødisbakke is Region Nordjylland's special provision for adults with developmental disabilities. The organization consists of a total of 5 residential facilities and 1 activity and social interaction facility. As a supporting function there is a Secretariat including service functions consisting of kitchen, laundry, cleaning, technical division, as well as a duty planner unit.
