You will become part of an engaged HR community where we work closely in co-leading circles and combine high professionalism with a strong focus on creating value for managers and employees. Your primary area of expertise is employment law and compliance, but you also contribute to the development of HR systems, data and processes.
Close to the business
You will become an important sparring partner for managers and HR colleagues and will have a daily work where you both solve concrete cases and contribute to the development of our HR processes.
Your tasks will include
- advise managers on employment law and collective agreement matters
- handle personnel cases, including sickness absence and wellbeing and performance programs
- prepare employment contracts, employment-law documents and local agreements
- support organizational changes and implementation of new legislation
- administer and further develop our HR system
- prepare HR data, reporting and management information

You will become part of the community

We offer a workplace with high professionalism, significant influence and good opportunities for both personal and professional development.
Who are you?
You have experience from an HR function and a solid understanding of employment law. You build trust in difficult situations, balance the interests of the employee, the manager and the company, and thrive on advising managers in complex issues.
We imagine that you
- have experience with employment-law advisory and handling personnel cases
- have knowledge of Industriens Overenskomster
- work in a structured, independent and quality-conscious way
- have an interest in data, systems and process development
- are curious about digitization and new ways of working
- thrive in close collaboration with colleagues and managers
- actively contribute to both operations, development and joint solutions.
You have a relevant education at academic level. And you have the right experience, professional depth and desire to develop both people, processes and the workplace around you.
What we offer

Energy that makes space for life
Many of us first think about electricity, water, heating and the internet when something doesn’t work. At EWII we work to ensure that it just works. Every day. We help develop the infrastructure that the green transition depends on – from power and charging networks to water, heating and digital connections. We do this across disciplines, and what we all have in common is that we can see the results of our work around us every single day.
At EWII we meet each other with professional equality. We have high ambitions without sharp elbows, believe in responsibility with influence and give space for life outside of work.
That is how we see a good work-life balance.
