Consulting Director, Manufacturing to take responsibility for consultants, solution architects and project managers at NTI, one of Europe’s largest CAD companies

Here is the opportunity for a truly exciting position as Consulting Director, MFG, in one of Europe’s largest CAD companies.

We are looking for someone who has likely worked as an Application Engineer, consultant in industry, CAD Manager or similar. You have practical experience – to a greater or lesser extent – with leading technical profiles and have discovered that you are passionate about people management and have a flair for it. You are familiar with the Autodesk portfolio or competing CAD software.

Here is the job where you will lead, motivate and develop some of the sharpest consultants, solution architects and project managers. You ensure knowledge sharing, skills development, onboarding, capacity management, prioritization and follow-up – and not least a team with high performance.

You assist the consultants in strategically important customer cases and problem cases and can, in selected cases, contribute as a project manager. At the same time, your primary focus is leadership, task allocation and motivation, so the team – through self-managing collaboration – develops and succeeds even better.

The Consulting business is a central strategic focus area and an important driver for our continued growth. We work globally and continuously strengthen collaboration and competence development with colleagues in the other 14 countries, besides Denmark, in NTI Group.

Your main tasks

You will be responsible for our consulting team of 26 specialists within the industrial area. It is an experienced team with high seniority and great expertise, where diversity is a strength.

Your task is to ensure that everyone can unfold their potential, and that there is balance in the workload across the team. At the same time, you must maintain an environment where the consultants still feel they have one of the industry's best jobs.

You will become part of the Management Team at NTI A/S and will collaborate with colleagues across the organization and internationally. There are many interfaces, so your ability to collaborate and communicate is essential. You will work closely with a similar team within the construction sector.
