Elderly Center Hvissinge is looking for a coordinator with knowledge of shift planning at 32-35 hours per week.

Do you want to help create a good working environment and have influence on your own workday, in close collaboration with other staff, the department head and the Elderly Center director? Then we would very much like to hear from you.

Some of your areas of work will be shift planning in EG OPTIMA, various administrative tasks, cooperate with department heads, coordinator colleague and assist with planning of attendance, creation of and introduction for new employees, meetings and training.

You have a profile that matches the below

• Have overview, can work independently and be responsible
• Have good communication skills
• Ability to cooperate with the department heads to coordinate and plan resources so everyday life makes sense and tasks can be solved.
• Will contribute to creating coherence in the 24-hour day
• Knowledge of shift planning, we use OPTIMA
• Have good IT skills
• Good at building relationships with many different people
• Be curious about the profession and your colleagues
• Have a good mood and be tolerant

Who are we?

Elderly Center Hvissinge has 3 care departments with a total of 69 residents. At the elderly center there is a day center with 35 guests, a dementia day center with about 9 daily guests, and its own production kitchen with meals service to the municipality's home-living elderly. Glostrup Municipality works with the concept ”Mastery and Unfolding”, which shall ensure that we create as much value as possible for the citizens.

We are a house where traditions have a place in innovative thinking, and we place emphasis on good experiences for all in the house. We have both a day center, departments for residents with dementia, late-onset brain injury, mental illness, neurological diseases as well as elderly people who need 24-hour placement at the elderly center.

• We focus on early detection and use methods such as triaging and resident conferences.
• We work according to principles from the Dementia Travel Team from the Health Authority in the dementia departments.
• We pay attention to competence development – through education, professional sparring and delegation.
• We work with the values of the Elderly Act: autonomy, trust and communities

We are a house that collaborates across departments, and the house appears as a single unit despite different professional specialties.
