Crane operator for night shift in Give

When the day shift arrives, production must be ready. As a crane operator on the night shift you play an important role in getting the concrete elements out of the moulds and preparing production for the next day.

We are looking for an experienced crane operator for a permanent position on the night shift with our partner in Give.

Here you get a job with responsibility and a clear function in production. Your main task will be to form and lift large concrete elements with a travelling crane, but you also take responsibility for handling and preparing moulds so that the next production can start efficiently.

Our partner has more than 60 years of experience in producing concrete elements and today works with modern production methods and solutions for, among other things, commercial construction, agriculture and residential building. Quality and safety are an integrated part of the production.

The position is well suited for you who have chosen night work and who thrive with working independently and in a structured way. You will also become part of a production team where your work has direct impact on ensuring that the day shift colleagues can start well.

What you will do

• Forming and lifting concrete elements with a travelling crane
• Safe handling and moving of elements, moulds and form equipment
• Preparation and adjustment of moulds for the upcoming production
• Control that moulds and work areas are ready for the next shift
• Cooperation with colleagues around the production flow and prioritisation
• Ensure a high standard for quality, order and safety throughout the entire night shift.

What we value

• You have a Crane Basis certificate for travelling and gantry cranes over 8 tons
• You have practical experience with travelling cranes and are confident in handling larger items
• Experience from concrete production or other industrial production is a clear advantage
• You work calmly and safely, also when handling large and heavy elements
• You can work independently and take responsibility that your tasks are completed properly
• You work in a structured way and have an eye for what needs to be ready for the next part of production
• You thrive on fixed night shifts and the rhythm that comes with it.
