Customer-focused Valuation Specialist for the Copenhagen-Gentofte area at Realkredit Danmark

Do you have a genuine interest in and passion for the assessment of owner-occupied homes? Are you eager to be part of our competent private team, where you collaborate with good and experienced colleagues in an exciting and independent role? Then become our new valuation specialist.

You will become part of Property Valuation, which is Realkredit Denmark's knowledge and competence center for property valuation. We are in total around 100 employees, and have organized ourselves geographically into the East area with base in central Copenhagen and the West area with base in Aarhus. Within the two areas we have further organized ourselves into Private and Commercial.

We are a dynamic team of 30 valuation specialists in Private in Area East, covering the entire Zealand and Bornholm. Your main tasks will be valuation of all types of owner-occupied homes, supported by the team and guided with a serious onboarding plan. Your area of responsibility will be Gentofte, the Copenhagen area where you will also have a strong collaboration with home’s real estate agent offices, as well as Danske Bank's advisers.

We have a high professional expertise and deliver valuations of high quality. We emphasize sustainability, society and the good cooperation with customers, across Property Valuation and across the group.

Knowledge of valuation and residence around Copenhagen

Your fundamental task is to set the correct values on the properties you assess. We therefore imagine that you:

• have experience with assessment and valuation of owner-occupied homes
• have an education as a real estate agent or other equivalent education with knowledge of owner-occupied homes
• are digitally dedicated and curious, as various digital media and systems are a central part of your daily life.

An essential element as a valuation specialist is the ability to make efficiency and quality go hand in hand with the group’s wish to deliver fantastic customer experiences. It requires good prioritization and planning skills, seasoned with a high degree of flexibility. It is a requirement that you have a car available.

We have our office address together with Danske Bank in Bernstorffsgade centrally in Copenhagen, but you will primarily work from a Danske Bank branch or from home.
