Customer service representative with a flair for social media for a dry cleaner in Fredericia

Working hours: Hourly paid employment - 30-37 hours per week. Monday-Friday.

Byens Rens is very busy and is seeking another Customer Service employee with a commercial and SoMe profile for our customer service team.

Ideally we are looking for someone who can grow with the task and over time perhaps move to full-time as a SoMe/Marketing employee. But it should be expected that the first 6-9 months will primarily involve customer service-related tasks in order to gain a deep understanding of the company and the customers.

The tasks include among others

• Advising our customers inbound/outbound prior to processing their clothing
• Contact with key customers regarding SoMe posts, campaigns and marketing activities
• Take photos and set up SoMe content in our templates
• Execution of our marketing plan, created in collaboration with management and an external agency
• Simple maintenance of our website

The right candidate

• Advantage if you have worked in retail or store
• Smiling and positive
• Structured, efficient, organized and good at prioritizing
• Focused, concise and action-oriented
• Good at following tasks through to completion and getting them finished
• Experienced in working with systems and handling emails
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Wordpress
