Customer service representative sought for KONE Door Business | Academic Work

About the position

Academic Work is seeking a customer service representative on behalf of KONE Door Business. The position is full-time with the earliest possible start and initially lasts six months with a good possibility of extension. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00–16:00 (some days 08:00–17:00). In the beginning you will receive a thorough introduction so you have the best conditions to succeed in the role.

Responsibilities

As a customer service representative you will sit in an open-plan office together with your colleagues. Your tasks will consist of receiving fault reports from customers by phone.

In addition you will handle customer cases via both telephone and email with accompanying administration and support business customers with administrative tasks regarding contract and invoice questions.

We are looking for you, who

• Have professional experience in service.
• Are comfortable using the phone as a work tool.
• S speak and write fluent Danish, and can operate in English.
• Have good IT and system skills.

It is a plus if you

• Have professional experience from customer service with accompanying administration.
• Have knowledge of Salesforce and/or SAP.
• Have experience working with contract and invoice questions.

Personal qualities: To succeed in the role it is required that you are focused on helping the customers' customers and your colleagues. You are a cheerful and positive person who enjoys working in an environment where the pace is sometimes high, and where all processes and routines are not yet fully established. You will have a lot of contact with business customers, private individuals, service technicians and work supervisors, which requires good collaboration skills.

You are a clear team player, but also have the ability to perform independently. In addition, we would like you to understand the importance of good and professional conduct in a serious workplace.
