It is our task to prepare assessments of all the country’s 1.7 million owner-occupied homes as well as 500,000 other properties. Our goal is to make property assessments more fair and transparent for the general public.

Your role and core task

You will become part of an operations organization where we work purposefully with production and quality. We work with property valuation, and you will therefore have a daily life that includes a lot of sparring and knowledge sharing within the property assessment legal area. The core task is property valuation in all its facets, and you will together with the team help ensure consistent legal- and valuation-professional task execution.

Your tasks will among other things be to

• Handle cases within property valuation, including objections and appeals
• Ensure correct application of rules, practices and appraisal-technical principles
• Deliver consistently against set targets for production and quality
• Contribute to improvements of workflows and collaborate closely with colleagues

Who are you?

We are not looking for a specific educational background, but for you with the right approach to the work. You may have a background in e.g. administration, finance, law or similar.

You will be employed under collective agreements in accordance with the currently applicable agreement for academics in the state (AC), the collective agreement for clerical workers, laboratory technicians and IT staff (HK) or the collective agreement for agents, etc. (DTS) in the Ministry of Taxation and Growth.

A criminal record check will be obtained prior to employment.

Start date is 1 January 2027 or by agreement.
