Are you passionate about food safety, and do you have solid experience with quality management and HACCP? Dan Cake in Give is growing, and due to high activity we are now seeking a quality coordinator for our dynamic team. We produce everything from sheet cakes to cookies and are in the middle of an exciting development process. The factory expansion has just been put into operation.

About the job

You will get an independent and diverse full-time position with broad cross-departmental exposure across the organization.

Your main tasks will be

• Maintenance and development of the quality management system and HACCP
• Participation in the HACCP team and internal audits
• Risk assessment of raw materials and development of sampling plans as well as physical sampling
• Participation in daily operations through follow-up on production and raw material receipt
• Contribute to the company's move toward more digitized documentation and further development of our traceability system

Your profile

We expect that you have 5-7 years of experience in a similar role in the food industry (preferably with bakery knowledge).

In addition, we emphasize that you

• Have experience with HACCP-based management systems (IFS and BRC)
• Communicate convincingly in Danish and English, both written and spoken (German is an advantage)
• Work in a structured, systematic manner and have a pronounced sense of order
• Are an experienced IT user and open to new digital systems
• Are trustworthy, a good listener and thrive in teamwork
