Quality Specialist for Valuation Quality

Do you have an eye for quality, data and processes, and are you motivated to translate complex requirements into solutions that work in practice?

As a quality specialist you will play a central role in the work to ensure and further develop the quality of the Jyske Bank group’s property valuations. You will work at the intersection of quality assurance, data, compliance and business development and contribute to creating robust processes and a solid decision basis for the business.

About the role

You will become part of Valuation Quality in Property Valuation, where we work to ensure high quality and consistent standards across Jyske Bank and Jyske Realkredit.

You will have a broad contact surface and collaborate closely with colleagues within Property Valuation, Credit, control functions and other partners.

Your tasks will include

• Develop and maintain valuation instructions, procedures, work descriptions and other professional standards
• Support ongoing quality assurance through reporting, analyses and follow-up on control and activity data
• Coordinate and contribute to regulatory deliverables and compliance tasks, including material for control functions, management and authorities
• Plan and conduct cross-cutting quality and topic controls
• Prepare decision proposals, reports, meeting materials and other materials for relevant stakeholders
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, professional sparring and consistent practice across the area

It is an advantage if you have experience from property valuation, credit, risk, compliance, controlling or other regulated financial institutions.
