At EAL (Enzyme Analysis Laboratory) QC we focus on delivering analysis results in the right quality at the right time. We are a department with about 75 employees spread across four teams, working with sample handling, enzymatic activity analyses by spectrophotometry, substrate and buffer preparation, dilution robots, and maintenance of equipment.

You will become part of a professionally strong environment with good opportunities for broad cross-disciplinary training and insight into both analysis work, quality work, enzyme development and production. At EAL we have an informal tone, a strong sense of community and close collaboration, where together we ensure fast and valid results for our customers and thus contribute directly to Novonesis’ production and development.

The role & your contribution

As a laboratory technician in EAL QC you will be an important part of our daily operations and quality assurance. You will work in a laboratory environment with a focus on quality, precision and collaboration, where your contribution is essential to delivering reliable analyses on time.

Your primary responsibilities in this role

• Conduct laboratory analyses with a focus on enzymatic activity measurements.
• Handle samples and ensure correct documentation and high quality.
• Contribute to optimization and streamlining of workflows.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure timely delivery of analysis results.
• Support day-to-day operations and maintenance of laboratory equipment.

You will work under ISO-, GxP- and GLP-principles, where quality is an integrated part of everyday life.

Working conditions

The position is located in Bagsværd and is an on-site role.

Working hours are rotating shifts

• 1 week on day shift with a flexible arrangement (odd weeks)
• 1 week on evening shift with working hours approx. 14:30-22:00 (even weeks)

The work takes place in a laboratory environment with a strong emphasis on collaboration, quality and precision. The role involves daily laboratory work and handling of samples and laboratory equipment.
