Teacher with strong football skills sought for Football Fulton and Bakkegård School - Gentofte Municipality

Are you passionate about football, the development of young people and teaching in a strong professional community?

For our 8th grade at Football Fulton we are looking as of 1 December 2026 for an engaged teacher with teaching qualifications in social studies and English and a solid football-related background, preferably as a former player or coach.

For us, football is an important part of the students' daily life and identity. At the same time, we believe that the best learning environments are created through close collaboration between professional adults. Therefore the team around the 8th grade consists of three teachers, and we consistently work with two-teacher system and co-teaching , so there is always a minimum of two teachers present in the lessons.

This enables us to create strong relationships, differentiate instruction and meet each student both academically, socially and personally.

About the position

You will become part of a dedicated team of three teachers who together cover the class's subjects and create a coherent everyday life for the students. We share responsibility for the students' learning and well-being and work closely together on planning, implementation and assessment of the teaching.

As a teacher at Football Fulton you will become part of an environment where ambitions on the field go hand in hand with academic development at school. We are therefore seeking a colleague who can contribute with teaching grounded in football, relationship-building and clarity in daily life.

• Is a trained teacher with teaching competence in social studies and English.
• Preferably has experience as a player, coach or from an ambitious football environment.
• Can build strong relationships with young people.
• Sees the value in collaboration, sparring and shared responsibility in teaching.
• Has ambitions for the students on their behalf academically, personally and athletically.

Salary and employment terms follow the applicable collective agreement.
