10iCAMPUS is a school where we move young people – academically, socially and personally. With us, 10th grade is not an extension of primary school, but an important step further towards upper secondary education and the future.

We are looking for a teacher who will help build the foundation that young people need to dare take the next step. A teacher who with clarity, professionalism and engagement will help set the direction – and at the same time meet the young people at eye level.

About us

At Campus Varde we have many disciplines under one roof – in total about 1100 young people, of whom around 110 are 10th grade students. At 10iCAMPUS we have five 10th grade classes and two international/integration classes.

We work with the whole young person: academics, well-being, belonging and development. We see the potential in each individual – even when the young people cannot yet see it – and we believe that all young people do as well as they can. We see the entire cohort as our shared students.

About the job

We are looking for a teacher for a 25-hour temporary position from 1 December 2026 to 31 March 2027 with primary teaching tasks within co-teaching in Danish and English. At the same time you will become an active part of everyday life in 10th grade and the many activities, programmes and common experiences that come with a school year with us.

For us it is important that you are passionate about both teaching and young people. You should want to develop your pedagogical and didactic practice and at the same time be able to support, guide and create good relations with young people who are in the midst of the transition to a youth education.

With us you become part of a strong professional community. We plan and develop teaching together in subject teams and work closely across, because we believe that we succeed best with our common task when we do it together.
