Warehouse and logistics worker for picking and dispatch in Copenhagen

We are looking for a warehouse and logistics employee in Copenhagen.

You will become part of a larger transport and logistics setup, where the flow of goods must run from receipt to shipment. The everyday life alternates between independent tasks and tasks with a partner, so you must be able to take responsibility without losing grip of collaboration. There is a social side of the workplace, and it matters that people also get along after a busy day.

The role suits you if you can keep things in order, roll up your sleeves and get the goods further without unnecessary hassle. What you get Salary: 165-200 DKK per hour

Area of work: Copenhagen and surrounding areas

Colleagues: Approximately 35 employees

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term programs.

Everyday: Picking, packing, dispatch and inbound storage

Your everyday

The day is built around the goods that need to be received, picked, packed and sent on. You switch between inbound storage, internal transport and preparation of shipments, and you must be able to prioritise when several things press in. Freedom with responsibility here means that you take action yourself and say if something doesn’t add up.

You will, among other things, work with

• Picking and packing goods for dispatch
• Receiving goods and moving them further in the warehouse
• Be responsible for inbound storage and internal transport
• Preparing shipments so they depart correctly

When the pace increases, it’s about keeping a cool head and completing the tasks properly. The bonus schemes mean it can be felt when the team delivers.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes

You don’t need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience with warehousing and logistics
• Have a driver’s license
• Can work independently and together with a partner
• Are reliable and show up as agreed
• Will speak up if something doesn’t add up

It’s an advantage if you know picking, packing, goods receipt and internal transport. But the most important is that you can keep the flow going and take responsibility for what you deliver.
