Landscape gardener for paving and planting in Silkeborg

Do you want a company car, freedom with responsibility, and landscaping tasks with visible results?

We are looking for a maintenance/garden landscaper for paving and planting in Silkeborg.

You will become part of a larger landscaping team, where the tasks are in gardens, outdoor spaces and green areas for both private and commercial clients. The work takes place in Silkeborg and surroundings, and you are typically with a partner or a crew on site. This isn’t about standard solutions - customers need solutions that fit the place, the materials and the use of the outdoor space.

The role suits you if you can take on paving, planting and earthwork without needing a foreman right next to you all day. You get a say in the projects, and there is a clear expectation that agreements, progress and finish go hand in hand. At the same time there is respect for leisure time - the plan isn’t built on overtime.

What you’ll get Salary: 190-260 DKK per hour

Company car: Yes

Work area: Silkeborg and surroundings

Flexibility: We stay on schedule

Professional development: Room for courses and updating skills

Union agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we’re looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term positions.

Everyday tasks: Paving, planting and earthwork

Your daily life The day is guided by the site you’re on and the sequence agreed for the project. On paving tasks you work with foundation, leveling and finish, while planting and earthwork require that levels, soil and plants align. If something changes along the way, you speak up in time so the project can continue.

You will, among other things, work with

• Installing paving in gardens, driveways and outdoor spaces
• Planting trees, shrubs, beds and green areas
• Carrying out earthwork, leveling and site preparation
• Establishing green areas and new developments
• Working with rainwater solutions and LAR tasks

There is room for professional sparring and ongoing updates if you want to become sharper in landscaping techniques. The most important thing in daily life is that you deliver something you can stand by.

We’re looking for someone who can tick most boxes You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have a driver’s license
• Have a couple of years of experience with landscape work
• Can work in pairs and crews
• Show up reliably and take responsibility for your commitments
• Speak properly with the customers

It’s an advantage if you have a trailer license and experience with paving, planting or earthwork. But the most important thing is that you can take action and say if something doesn’t add up.

Already employed elsewhere? Then of course it should make sense to switch.

Therefore we start with an informal conversation. You can hear more about the tasks, the company, the pay and daily life before you decide anything. And yes, this is done discreetly.
