About the job
Are you currently training to become a lawyer, and can you hardly wait to test your skills in practical legal work? Do you also have an ambition to kickstart your career in insolvency and debt collection? Then there is a good chance that you are exactly the student assistant we are looking for.
As a law student with us you will have the opportunity to apply the law in practice. You will:
- Work with the handling of debt collection cases.
- Participate in off-site enforcement proceedings, enforcement court hearings, showings, etc.
- Work independently on your tasks.
As a law student you will be attached to the debt collection and insolvency department, which you will work with and for. You will naturally receive thorough training in the relevant legal rules and practices – but also all the unwritten elements that are a prerequisite for becoming a skilled lawyer.
In addition, you will experience that your future colleagues are always ready with sparring and good collegiality.
Independent, professionally strong and responsible
You are well into your law studies, at least in your second year, and now dream of kickstarting your career somewhere where you get good colleagues, responsibility and the opportunity to develop.
We hope you can relate to the following
- You are pursuing your law education and can present a satisfactory police records certificate.
- You have an interest in insolvency, debt collection and litigation – or experience in the area.
- You are structured, ambitious and have an eye for detail.
- You thrive with responsibility, are relational and contribute to the community.
- You have a driver's license and preferably a car.
- You have drive and a can-do attitude.
A workplace with room to grow
At TVC Law Firm we work at eye level and value diversity and personality. Whether you prefer a casual style, or you go all in with a tie and suit, there is room for you.
You can look forward to
- Exciting tasks.
- Possibility for flexibility in the work.
- Summer party, Christmas lunch and various social events.
- Colleagues who look forward to welcoming you.
We encourage everyone, regardless of gender, ethnic background, sexual orientation, disability, religion or age, to apply, as we want to create an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive and develop.
