Are you a law student with an interest in tort law and sick-pay recourse, and would you like to work with the area of law in practice? Then we have a whole team of colleagues looking forward to welcoming you.

We are looking for two law students who are passionate about the law and who want to further develop and apply their legal skills in practice. With us you will become part of a team with extensive experience in personal injury compensation and sick-pay recourse, where you will have responsibility and the opportunity for professional development through close sparring with experienced colleagues. You should also be eager to be part of an ambitious law firm where we collaborate across departments to achieve the best results for our clients.

You get a good start to your career

As a law student at HjulmandKaptain you gain insight into the everyday life of a lawyer and the opportunity to apply your study knowledge in practice. You will become familiar with sick-pay recourse and will have many different case-related tasks, where you will help with:

• Investigate and assess the possibility for sick-pay recourse
• Assess the basis of liability, including causal connection
• Calculate and submit sick-pay recourse claims
• Have contact with insurance companies, sick-listed citizens, authorities etc.
• Take responsibility for the progress of the cases

You will have a place at our office in Aarhus

The workplace is our office in Aarhus, and the working hours are about 15 hours per week.

You are a law student and at a minimum on the 3rd semester of your education, and you can see yourself in a law firm where the ambition level is high, and where the vision is to be Denmark's most client-oriented law firm.
