In the insolvency unit we work with complex cases in the debt collection area. When a company or person enters bankruptcy proceedings, a number of legal questions arise that require professional depth, good analytical abilities and a sense for practical solutions.

Handling of bankruptcy and reconstruction cases

As our new colleague you will work on cases within the insolvency area, where your tasks may include:

• Assessment of the conditions for bankruptcy and filing for bankruptcy
• Prepare pleadings in connection with complex procedural cases
• Attendance and case presentation in the bankruptcy court
• Case processing after bankruptcy decree
• Handling of security interests and avoidance
• Contact with citizens and businesses and their advisers
• Collaboration with other agencies and authorities
• Administrative tasks across insolvency case handling

The tasks will naturally be adapted to your experience and competences. You will therefore have the opportunity to bring your existing professional knowledge into play as well as develop yourself within a specialized legal area.

Strong legal case handler with good communication skills

You have a relevant education at master level – e.g., cand.jur. It is an advantage that you are familiar with case handling, particularly within administrative law, insolvency law, and experience with court proceedings.

In addition you must be service-minded, and able to communicate clearly and professionally, since we work with companies in financially difficult situations. It is therefore important that you can establish and maintain a constructive dialogue based on mutual trust and understanding.

We will of course prepare you for the tasks. You will therefore be introduced to the Tax Administration and your upcoming unit and will, if necessary, receive an introduction to the applicable legislation etc. to ensure the best starting point for our future collaboration.
