Job

You will service our member companies within the employment law and collective bargaining area. The tasks are many and very varied. Among other things you will provide telephone and written member advice, participate in sector-specific negotiations and possibly conduct arbitration proceedings and court cases. A part of the job is also to educate our member companies and participate in collective bargaining negotiations.

You will have your own companies, with whom you have a personal contact, and whom you advise on any employment law matter. You must thus be able to act professionally and with strong expertise towards members.

What you bring with you

Perhaps you currently work at a law firm, in a public authority or with a professional organization, where you have experience with employment law, collective labour law and possibly litigation. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of public collective agreements and working time rules, particularly in the health and elderly sector, but it is not a requirement.

You will with us have independent case responsibility and direct dialogue with our members. In addition to the professional level we also value that you are responsible, service-minded and holistic in your advisory. Our members expect a high level of legal expertise and a steady hand.

You have strong engagement, work independently and thrive with many balls in the air. You are also able to grab the balls and keep playing with them. In addition you are a strong communicator both in writing and orally and have an understanding of private companies and their needs.

Salary by agreement and pension scheme.

Start date 1 December 2026 or by agreement.
