Lead Specialist, HVAC

ABC is a young company in rapid development, where we have gone from 2 to 175+ employees in 15 years and have won the Børsen Gazelle prize for growth eight years in a row, 2015-2023. The development is felt not least in the Installations area, where we now need your help.

Because of our young age, we have big ambitions and not much 'this is how we usually do things' mentality. You will get an informal work environment and room to influence both your own and our development.

Your new home turf

Your daily life will be at ABC’s open and modern office premises in Glostrup, but you will also be out at the projects. You will play a central role in our just 1.5-year-old Installations department, which in that period has grown from 1 to 30 colleagues.

You will become our go-to subject specialist within HVAC design

As a technical leader you help set the professional direction and ensure progress for HVAC on installation projects, and your area of responsibility includes conducting concept reviews and quality assurance, both on your own projects and on others'.

You will often function as the technical lead/partial project manager for a team of HVAC engineers and designers/BIM drafters, and at the same time help ensure proactive interfaces with other trades, both internally in installations, and with ABC’s other departments.

In your daily life at ABC you will among other things

• Have responsibility for deliveries, both quality and time-wise, on various HVAC installation projects
• Participate in design meetings together with project managers
• Continuously define and update your projects’ assumptions
• Contribute to ABC Academy, our internal knowledge center, by giving professional talks for the installations group, and by preparing company standards, notes, spreadsheets etc.
• Be available as a sparring partner for your colleagues in the installations department

In addition, we would like you to

• Have an installation-related education
• Have strong professional expertise within installations with 7+ years of relevant professional experience
• Have understanding of regulations and guidelines, as well as in-depth knowledge of the construction industry
• Know relevant contract bases ABR89, AB92, ABR18, AB18, A113
• Have understanding of our customers’ needs, as well as good commercial sense, focusing on profitability and development of the business
