About the job

We are looking for a new colleague to help develop and strengthen our community

Do you want to help strengthen Lederforeningen's advice and professional sparring with our members - including with legal and negotiation perspectives? Do you want to become part of a well-functioning team where we lift together and value both professionalism and good collegiality?

Then you are the colleague we are looking for.

About the job

As a management consultant at Lederforeningen you will have a central role in advising and assisting leading nurses across the country. We are a member organization in a political environment, and you will be responsible for exciting tasks that require professional depth, overview and the ability to build good relationships.

Your tasks will include, among other things

  • Advising members on, among other things, salary and legal, organizational and managerial issues
  • Negotiations with employers and partners, including negotiations in relation to, for example, dismissals
  • Contributing to case preparation, political servicing and advocacy
  • Cross-cutting collaboration in the team and close dialogue with members - both in person and digitally
  • Opportunity to participate in exciting projects, both internally and in, e.g., Growth House for Leadership, Fremfærd or similar

Who are you?

We envision that you have a legal education or another social science background.

You may also have another bachelor’s degree, but then have pursued further legal training and gained experience that makes you comfortable with legal advice.

In addition, we value that you

  • Have strong negotiation skills and can stand firm and prioritize when things get tight
  • Thrive with advisory work and member contact, where service and quality are central
  • Can analyze complex problems and find holistic solutions
  • Have insight or an interest in understanding public administration and the organization of the health service, including the daily challenges and complex dilemmas faced by leading nurses
  • Are a team player who seeks sparring and contributes to a open and trusting collaboration

We offer

With us you become part of a dedicated and professional team where we have high professional ambitions and an informal working tone. We bring with us different professional backgrounds and experiences, and we see it as a strength that we can do different things and bring our competences into play across.

In the secretariat, former leading nurses, a lawyer, a journalist and an administrative colleague work side by side, and soon we will also have a student on the team. This provides different perspectives on our tasks and means we can draw on each other’s expertise when advising members and solving tasks. We are happy to share our knowledge with each other and are open to new perspectives. Look forward to colleagues who are both knowledgeable, engaged and curious.

You will receive

  • Great independence in planning your work
  • A high degree of autonomy in handling tasks, and you will have good opportunities to shape your own areas of work and joint projects - but you will never be alone, because we know that sparring and a sense of community are crucial to ensure both quality of work and the strength of our unity
  • Professionally strong colleagues and opportunities for sparring across functions
  • Flexible frameworks with good possibilities for remote work and a focus on a good balance between work and private life
  • Office space in Copenhagen at Sankt Annæ Plads - with colleagues in both Fredericia and Copenhagen
