Companion for a 12-year-old boy in Ballerup

Can you help transport a 12-year-old boy to athletics training twice a week?

In Ballerup, the boy lives with his mother and his twin brother. He is diagnosed with autism and ADHD, but he is a happy and smiling boy who is curious and has lots of questions.

Task

You need to pick up the boy at his home and drive him to athletics training, which is on Mondays and Wednesdays. Sometimes you should stay and observe the training, other times you should stay outside so you can step in if he has difficulty with the training.

Working hours will be from 16.30-19.00 on both Monday and Wednesday in all weeks with training.

About you

It is expected that you have your own car and can drive the boy in it. You will receive a kilometer allowance for kilometers driven in the job.

If you have experience with children with diagnoses, that is an advantage, but not a requirement. You must be able to build a relationship with the boy so he can feel safe riding with you.

If you are a trained pedagogue, you will be paid as a pedagogue, but it is not a requirement to be educated.
