Are you passionate about family and inheritance law, and do you want to develop professionally in an environment where law, tax and auditing work closely together? Then we have a position for you in PwC Legal's Generational Succession team in Aarhus.

Generational succession is one of PwC Legal's core services. We advise business owners and their families on the legal questions that arise when wealth, property and business are to pass to the next generation. We do this in close collaboration with PwC's tax and audit experts — a collaboration that provides our clients with holistic advice and you with a unique professional breadth in everyday life.

In Aarhus you will work in a building with over 600 colleagues, an active social environment and plenty of professional events across departments.

Work with legal advice on generational succession and family inheritance law

As a legal advisor in the team you will have responsibility for your own cases and direct client contact tailored to your experience, with experienced colleagues close at hand when you need sparring.

Your tasks will include

• Advice on and drafting of wills, prenuptial agreements and future powers of attorney
• Consultation with auditors and tax advisers on family and inheritance law questions as well as estate administration
• Participation in cross-disciplinary client meetings, where you contribute your expertise within family and inheritance law
• Preparation of documents for carrying out generational succession, including transfer agreements and corporate-law documents

The complexity of the tasks increases in line with your experience, and you will gradually take on more independent case handling and management of complex issues.

Bring your experience within family inheritance law into play

We are seeking an advisor with 2-5 years of relevant experience within family and inheritance law and possibly estate administration. Experience advising business owners and generational succession is an advantage, but not a requirement if you have a solid professional background with private clients.
