What tasks are there in the position?

One of your most important goals will be to create collaboration with the client to create a sustainable and valuable interaction between their core business and the facility management setup, so the solutions are legally sound and can operate in practice. More specifically, your tasks will include:

• Mapping/identifying the client's setup and processes through dialogue and interviews
• Mapping and analysis of existing contracts, costs, processes and workflows
• Economic analyses of the FM area, including for example property operation and maintenance, security, cleaning, internal services, reception, canteen and much more.
• Benchmarking of key metrics; preparation of tender material and optimization of contractual setups, including annexes and related requirements
• Support of procurement processes and other commercial legal tasks
• Incorporation of sustainability, ESG, Code of Conduct and compliance requirements in contracts and operations. Ensure alignment between the client's compliance, contract requirements and the deliveries of subcontractors
• Preparation of briefs and presentations

We are looking for you who

• Has a Master of Laws (Cand.Jur), Cand.Merc.Jur., or an equivalent legal degree.
• Has an interest in Facility Management and preferably experience from a service, industrial, construction, maritime, logistics, process or transport-related company.
• Has experience with or interest in contract drafting, procurement and commercial law
• Has knowledge of or understanding of ESG, sustainability and compliance and can incorporate this into contracts and supply chains
• Is analytical with curiosity and ability to interview a client thoroughly to understand the business and the need.
• Can think creatively and at the same time channel your input into a structured contractual solution
• Has an eye for process optimization and can translate complex problems into clear descriptions and solutions
• Thrives as an autonomous worker, takes responsibility and displays an appropriate willingness to take risks
• Finds energy in open and outward-facing environments where the pace can be high and you are quickly exposed to the client

You may be recently graduated or have a couple of years of experience from, for example, a law firm, a consultancy, or a company where contracts, ESG or operationally critical deliveries have played a central role. The most important thing, however, is that you want to specialize in Facility Management and move towards advising that combines procurement, contracts and compliance.
