About the job

We are busy and therefore seeking a colleague for our team. Do you have experience with estate administration, or would you like to be trained in the area? Do you want to be part of a well-functioning estate administration team at a large law firm in central Copenhagen, where we value integrity, independence, and high professional standards? Then it might be you we need on the team.

You will become part of an exceptional team

As part of the estate administration team in the Insolvency and Restructuring practice group, you will help handle the bankruptcy processes of all types of insolvent companies and individuals. This takes place in an informal environment where you will work closely with skilled estate administrators, and where we help each other when it gets busy.

To support professional development, there is, in addition to the possibility of participating in relevant continuing education, also the opportunity to participate in our ongoing internal courses in insolvency, run by our own skilled insolvency lawyers.

The tasks include, for example, managing an electronic debt book, preparing drafts of explanations and audit reports, as well as all other tasks related to independent bankruptcy administration. Depending on your interests and competencies, there will be opportunities to influence your own tasks.

You come with commitment and a desire to learn

We would very much like you to have a couple of years of experience as a legal secretary (preferably with experience in estate administration) or from, for example, a bank, a district court, or similar. We imagine that our future colleague has flair and interest in administrative tasks.

We place emphasis on you

  • being engaged, wanting to develop and contribute to good teamwork.
  • being thorough, detail-oriented and having an overview – even when it is busy.
  • thriving with structured work, meeting deadlines, and following tasks through to completion.
  • having a good numerical understanding and liking to work with numbers and accounts.
  • having good IT skills and moving easily around the Office package, particularly Word and Excel. Knowledge of Navokat is an advantage.
  • having good formulation skills and writing and speaking fluent and correct Danish.

Would you like to know more?

The position is 37 hours per week, excluding lunch. However, there may be occasions when we need to go the extra mile to achieve our shared goals. You will become part of a workplace that is always evolving, and that is characterized by a professional and proper approach to tasks, colleagues and partners. In a busy daily life, we focus on good solutions as well as on employee well-being and development.

We offer salary according to qualifications, a good pension and health scheme, and a delicious lunch buffet. There is ample opportunity for you to get to know your colleagues across the whole firm through the many social events, for example at the two large annual firm parties or at events in employee-driven associations. We sit in semi-open, light and modern offices at Kalvebod Brygge.

If you have questions about the position, you are welcome to contact team leader Anette Myhre at [email protected].
