Would you like to help translate data and AI into concrete solutions for complex legal cases?

In Legal Tech Operations we work with data and technology that must function in a legal everyday life with high demands for quality, traceability and security. You will be responsible for concrete tasks on real cases and help develop and improve the solutions that assist us in delivering legal advice.

Become part of Legal Tech Operations

We are a small, technically strong team with engineers, data scientists and economists. We develop solutions in close collaboration with the lawyers in the house - among other things by turning large, unstructured document volumes into data that can be analyzed and used in the advising.

It will be part of your daily life

You will work both practically with data from concrete cases and with developing better methods and tools. Your tasks depend on your profile and the current cases, but can include among other things:

  • collect, extract, deduplicate and structure large volumes of documents in different file formats.
  • analyze case data, find patterns and perform sampling-based quality controls.
  • solve concrete data- and analysis tasks on cases and translate experiences into new solutions.
  • quality-assure pipelines and models through testing, sampling and systematic evaluation.
  • report and visualize data so that lawyers and clients get a better overview.

Depending on the tasks, you will also have the opportunity to work with, among other things, RAG, embeddings, indexing and evaluation of AI solutions, data pipelines, FastAPI, OCR and Azure AI Document Intelligence. We also work with source verification, schema validation and deployment on our own infrastructure with Docker.

You will have responsibility and an opportunity to develop

You will be given responsibility early, but you are not alone. We discuss cases, methods and results in the team on an ongoing basis, and you receive mentoring on your work. You follow solutions from idea and prototype to use on concrete cases and get direct feedback from the lawyers who use them.

The role gives you the opportunity to develop at the intersection of data science, AI and practical problem solving. You gain experience in building, evaluating and driving solutions in a legal context where precision and quality matter greatly.

We imagine that you

You are early in your career and have a solid foundation in data analysis and problem solving. You may be a recent graduate in data science, mathematics, economics, computer science or a related field, or you may have several years of experience with, for example, software development, data science or technology consulting.

We expect that you

  • can analyze data and communicate your results clearly.
  • work systematically and structured and have an eye for details.
  • take accuracy and security seriously.
  • have a desire to learn how to develop, evaluate and drive solutions - both with and without AI.
  • can work professionally in Danish and English.

Study projects, own data projects and relevant work experience count positively. It is also an advantage if you know the advisory or law firm industry or have worked with e.g. Git or Docker, but it is not a requirement. You do not need to know everything from day one. If you have a strong starting point, curiosity and a desire to develop, we would like to hear from you.

About us

Bech-Bruun is at the top of Danish law firms. We advise across the areas of business law and work closely together - both with our clients and across specialties - to create clarity and a solid basis for decisions. We combine deep professional knowledge with a commercial perspective and use Legal Tech and AI to strengthen our advice.

With us you will be challenged by skilled colleagues and have the opportunity to work with complex legal issues where professionalism, collaboration and business understanding go hand in hand. You will get responsibility and the opportunity to develop through the tasks and to bring your own competencies into play.
