Business is busy at Lejeboligmægleren, and we are therefore looking for another skilled letting agent for our Aarhus branch.

Lejeboligmægleren is a nationwide company with offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Odense and Aalborg. We specialize in rental of homes and collaborate with both professional property investors, property companies and private landlords on everything from single properties to larger project developments.

We are the link between landlord and tenant and work every day to ensure a professional and efficient letting as well as a good experience for both parties.

We are a growing company with the ambition to be the largest and preferred letting agent in Denmark – and we are now seeking a new colleague who would like to join the journey.

About the job

As a letting agent, your primary task will be to let our clients' homes and ensure the right match between home and tenant.

You will have a varied everyday life with many properties and customer inquiries starting at the same time. Therefore, it is important that you work in a structured way, follow your tasks through to completion and at the same time ensure a professional and personal service for both tenants and landlords.

You will become part of a young and energetic team where collaboration, sparring and good results are in focus. We work closely together, but you also get a lot of freedom and responsibility for your own tasks.

The position is full-time and is in principle a maternity leave replacement with the possibility of permanent employment afterwards. There will be weekend work, which at present is every 3rd weekend.

It is a requirement that you have a driver's license, as a large part of the working day takes place on showings. When you are not on the move, your daily base is at our office on Trindsøvej in Aarhus.

Your responsibilities will include

· Showings and letting of properties.

· Communication and coordination with current and potential tenants.

· Answering inquiries via diverse platforms and phone.

Your qualifications

To thrive in the role as a letting agent, it is important that you have a focus on service, strong communication and a positive attitude. You should also have knowledge of Aarhus and surrounding areas and be able to communicate in both Danish and English.

Experience from the real estate sector, sales or customer service is an advantage, but not a requirement. For us, your personality, drive and your approach to customers are at least as important.
