In Denmark, many people struggle with stress, anxiety and depression. At the same time there are long waiting times, and many do not get the right help when they need it. We want to help change that.

At we.care we combine the psychological expertise with technology and evidence-based treatment methods. The goal is simple: to make good mental health care accessible to more – and to create treatment that both works for the individual and can function at a larger scale.

We help children, adolescents, adults and older people – both when problems have just begun and when there is a need for real treatment.

We are now expanding our team of psychologists in Copenhagen. We are seeking licensed psychologists with clinical practice training who are passionate about helping people – and who also want to participate in developing how good psychological treatment should look in the future.

What you will be part of

• We set the standard for the future. We believe that psychological treatment can become better, more accessible and more consistent in high quality. So we have a strong focus on developing the methods, pathways and tools that will make it possible. You will both help shape them and benefit from the new standards in your daily work.
• Measurement-based care. For us, this is not a slogan. We systematically track how clients are feeling along the way, so you always have a professional compass in your programs – and so we together become wiser about what works.
• Research close to practice. We make research in the field operational and have just published our first scientific article, and more are coming. Your clinical work will be part of that knowledge.
• Autonomy and flexibility. You have professional responsibility for your cases and freedom to use your clinical judgment. You work both online and in-clinic with physical programs, and we plan the everyday life so there is room for a life outside.
• Colleagues you look forward to meeting. A professional community with ongoing sparring and a chief psychologist who is passionate about the field – and a social community where we have fun, celebrate successes, are present and care about a safe and pleasant collaboration.

Your work

Therapy is at the core. So most of your day you will be with clients – primarily adults with stress, anxiety, depression and adjustment reactions, but if you also have experience with children and adolescents, that is also interesting for us. The rest of the time you will spend on professional sparring, helping to develop our programs and services as well as collaborating with good colleagues.

We imagine that you

• are a licensed psychologist and have completed clinical practice training
• have solid clinical experience with adults – preferably also with children and adolescents – and preferably with CBT (KAT) and/or metacognitive therapy
• are curious about how data and feedback can make your treatment even better
• thrive in a team where knowledge is continuously shared and you help each other
• want to help build something that extends beyond the individual client but sets a standard in the industry.

Practical

• Position: Permanent employment, preferably 37 hours per week or possibly part-time by agreement
