Lifeguard/Technical service staff for Dragør Swimming Pool and Hollænderhallen

Dragør swimming hall and Hollænderhallen are currently seeking 4 part-time employees at between 10 and 13 hours per week as lifeguards/technical service staff for supervision and service in the sports and swimming hall.

We need you in the role of lifeguard and host, where you, in cooperation with great colleagues, ensure that guests get the best experiences and at the same time experience good and safe service.

About the job

As a lifeguard and host in the sports and swimming hall, it is first and foremost important that you are motivated for the job.

Your tasks will include, that you

• Act as host for our many guests and together with your colleagues be the facility’s outward face
• Maintain lifeguard supervision at our pools
• Ensure high cleaning standards – perform maintenance and restorative cleaning
• Act professionally, technically and flexibly with respect to guests, colleagues and other partners
• Set up sports equipment such as badminton nets, handball goals and tennis nets.

About you

Beyond being a team player and a personable person, you should enjoy water but not necessarily be an elite swimmer.

You must pass the professional lifeguard exam as part of your employment. We offer training and examination.

You may preferably have knowledge of first aid, and your fitness must be in relatively good shape. Since cleaning and maintenance of bath areas and the sports hall is part of the job, you must be prepared to deliver a high cleaning standard.

In addition, we expect you to be service-minded and take responsibility when tasks or situations require it, and that your teamwork skills are good, and that you can be relied upon as a colleague.
