Our nurse is in happy circumstances, and therefore we are seeking an engaged nurse for a maternity leave temporary position at the Care and Welfare Center Liselund. You will become part of our specialized department with 6 beds, 4 temporary beds and 10 general beds.

The position is a maternity leave temporary position of 37 hours per week with the possibility to adjust the number of hours by agreement.

We wish to fill the position by 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible.

About Liselund

Liselund is a modern care and welfare center where residents' quality of life, dignity and independence are at the center. Here live 60 residents distributed among three teams.

We work purposefully to create a daily life characterized by safety, meaningful communities and high professional quality – in close collaboration with both residents and relatives.

You will become part of a strong nursing professional team consisting of three nurses, one in each team. Together you ensure continuity, professional sparring and development in daily practice and participate in a close interdisciplinary collaboration with the rest of the staff.

The position has no shifts and no evening, night or weekend shifts. There is one public holiday annually after rotation, and you have the opportunity to influence your working hours in dialogue with management.

• manage and coordinate nursing-related interventions with a focus on rehabilitation and individual pathways
• contribute to high professional quality and support colleagues in complex resident journeys
• ensure learning, professional sparring and follow-up in daily practice
• involve residents and relatives as active partners
• contribute to the development of cross-disciplinary collaboration and professional quality
• contribute to developing Liselund as an attractive and professionally strong workplace

Salary is set based on the applicable collective agreement and a concrete assessment of your education, your documented work experience and your professional and personal qualifications.
