Payroll Assistant – do you keep track of the hours, the details and the smooth payroll run?

Do you like it when the numbers add up, do you have an eye for detail – and perhaps already experience with payroll? Then it might be you we are looking for in our payroll team.

At Superior Renewables A/S we are seeking a payroll assistant for the payroll processing of our hourly paid employees on projects in Denmark and abroad. We handle both biweekly and monthly payrolls including rotations, overtime, allowances, per diems and various collective agreements.

What will you be doing?

• Approve hours
• Prepare and check payroll basis, hours, overtime, allowances and absence
• Help with payroll processing, payroll runs and reconciliations
• Manage holidays, pension and other payroll-related matters
• Answer payroll questions from employees
• Collaborate with HR, Operations and the project organization

Who are you?

You may have experience with payroll, finance or administration – but you don’t need to be a trained payroll accountant.

The most important thing is that you have a flair for numbers, work in a structured way and have an eye for detail. You take responsibility, thrive with deadlines and are not afraid to investigate things when the numbers don’t add up.

You are proficient with IT and can communicate in Danish and English.

Familiarity with Temponizer and Danløn is an advantage – but not required.

Free time is spent playing football and running – currently aiming for a marathon.

I help with payroll – it’s actually quite fun to make the numbers add up, even when the salary makes it a bit more complicated than necessary.
