Logistics and Procurement Apprentice for International Construction Projects

Right now, based from the headquarters in Nyborg, we are seeking a skilled and curious procurement apprentice who will contribute to purchasing and logistics in connection with the project.

As a procurement apprentice at Munck Civil Engineering you will get broad and varied learning as well as the opportunity for sparring with our experienced logistics manager. Together you will plan your course according to the current tasks and with a focus on ensuring you cover the full range of professional skills related to your education.

The logistics department is a small department located in Nyborg and serves our foremen, engineers and mechanics who are located on projects around the world.

You will, among other things, get to try your hand at

• Procurement of equipment – from mosquito spray to machine spare parts – for international projects
• Obtaining quotations and following up on purchases and shipping
• Communication and coordination with your colleagues in several countries around the world as well as suppliers, freight personnel, etc.
• Ensure that customs, export and safety regulations are followed
• General assistance to colleagues

We are looking for you who

• Take responsibility for your own learning and ask questions when there is something you do not understand
• Have good communication and coordination skills
• Can communicate in writing and speaking in both Danish and English
• Have flair for numbers and business sense
• Have an interest and preferably knowledge of construction machines
• Work systematically, are detail-oriented and thrive with many parallel tasks
