Do you have solid experience with the purchase and sale of companies, corporate law matters and general business law? Do you thrive in the role of a trusted legal adviser for owner-managers and companies and a strong sparring partner for colleagues in client-facing roles? Are you service-minded and energized by combining high professional standards with a down-to-earth and commercial approach and by being close to both clients and colleagues in daily work?

We are in rapid development and expanding our legal department. Therefore we are seeking an experienced lawyer (min. 5–7 years of experience) , preferably with a lawyer background or equivalent strong M&A experience.

Roesgaard and inforevision are both part of Cedra Denmark. Cedra Denmark was established by Roesgaard in Horsens, inforevision in Søborg and the private equity firm Adelis. Our ambition is to create Denmark’s best and largest auditing and advisory company for the SMB segment. Today we are approximately 300 employees in total.

Your role with us

You will join the legal team, which today consists of about 25 employees, delivering legal solutions to clients across Denmark. Your daily work will take place at either Roesgaard in Horsens or at inforevision in Søborg, where you will work closely with colleagues in client-facing roles in the companies within Cedra Denmark.

You will among other things work with

• purchase and sale of companies, including structuring of transactions
• drafting and negotiation of transfer agreements and related documents
• legal due diligence in collaboration with colleagues within audit and advisory
• corporate and contract law issues, including restructurings
• ongoing legal advice to clients

You will have a role with great independence, direct client contact and close collaboration with colleagues across disciplines, where your legal assessment will be listened to and used.

What we are looking for

You are a lawyer with min. 5–7 years of experience and have solid experience with M&A/company transfers from a law firm, audit/advisory firm, or another commercial legal function.

Professionally, you are strong in M&A and corporate law, and you are used to translating complex law into commercial solutions that clients can use in practice. As a person, you are:

You thrive with responsibility and in a daily routine where things are solved collectively with a view to the client’s overall situation. You are a team player who naturally can switch between stepping into the advisory role directly for our clients and at the same time be a strong sparring partner for colleagues across disciplines and client-facing roles and empower them in their advisory role.
