Mårslet: Pedagogical assistant who wants to grow with the children and become part of the Mårslet children's universe

In the middle of town, Mårslet Børneunivers sits – a caring and lively children's house where children and adults share in play and the many everyday moments. We need more helpers in the house. We hope you would like to become part of the house – both as an important adult for the children and as an engaged colleague for the long term. The position is initially 37 hours.

Mårslet Børneunivers consists of a nursery department with 3 rooms and 36 children. Our kindergarden department consists of 4 rooms with 75 children. The positions are in both the nursery and the kindergarten, so please indicate in your application where you would like to apply.

You are the secure hand in the cloakroom, the warm voice at the dining table and the curious adult on the floor.

⚽Play also occupies a lot of space, and you actively participate in it. You will have the opportunity to plan small activities, be curious together with the children and put your own mark on everyday life.

As a person you are present, caring and curious about pedagogy, take initiative and can work independently.

At Mårslet Børneunivers we create learning environments that invite play, community and deepening. We also use the local area actively – with beautiful nature, school, sports hall and other facilities.

As an employee you have ample room for deepening and sparring with colleagues. We provide thorough training, and you are always welcome to ask along the way. Our resource educator also runs informative introductory programs for child-care assistants.

Our management is open and listening, and there is always coaching to be found.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Final salary determination is made after negotiations with the legally authorized trade union based on qualifications, unless the position is covered by a pre-agreement that can form the basis for salary determination

Weekly hours: 37 hours

There will be a search for a child and criminal record, and employment is conditional on the attestations not showing that you are unsuitable/unworthy for the position. You can read more here about how we handle your information here .
