🚜 Machine operator wanted – the machine can't handle it all alone

Yep, it’s cool to be sitting behind the joysticks. But sometimes there also needs to be a pair of safety shoes out on the site. 😄

We are looking for more machine operators who have experience from the contractor/construction industry and thrive in a daily life where you both operate machines and help with the work around you.

You will become part of larger construction sites around Zealand, where there is plenty to tackle and rarely two completely identical workdays. 🚧

🏗️ From sewer to concrete and paving

We work broadly within the contractor field, so you may among other things come to be involved with:

🚜 Earthworks and excavation tasks

💧 Sewer work

🧱 Paving

🏗️ Concrete work

🌱 Various construction tasks

💪 All the other things needed to move the site forward

The sites vary in size. On the smaller ones there are around 15 employees, while on the larger ones there can be up to 100.

So if you like real construction sites with machines, colleagues and plenty of action, you’ve landed in the right place.

👷 We are looking for the good teammate on the site

You don’t have to be able to walk on water – after all we have people for the sewer. 😉

In return we expect that you

✅ Have experience from the contractor/engineering field

✅ Have a B driving license

✅ Arrive on time and are reliable

✅ Are ready to jump out of the machine and help out

✅ Are a good colleague who contributes to the team

✅ Take responsibility for the work you do

🔨 Quality must be visible afterwards

We have six years of experience with, among other things, infrastructure, landscape maintenance and paving and we care about delivering solid craftsmanship.

We are not interested in being cheapest or fastest at any price. It has to be done properly the first time.

We also expect you to see yourself in that approach. 👌

💪 In return you get

💰 Salary according to qualifications

🤝 Good terms

🔄 A varied workday

🚧 Assignments at different locations around Zealand

👷 A strong team and a good working environment

📈 Opportunity to develop professionally

📅 Permanent work

Can you both handle a machine and lend a hand when the rest of the site needs you?
