Madhuset in Nyborg is looking for a driver for meal service

Do you want to be the last, but very important, link in delivering good food to our customers? Then you may be the new driver we are looking for for Madservice in Nyborg Municipality.

The position

18 hours per week, we deliver our meals on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Start date: as soon as possible or 1 December 2026.

About the job

As a driver you will be our outward-facing face. You meet our customers and help create the positive experience that ties it all together. You are therefore not only the one delivering the food. You also contribute to representing the quality and service we are known for.

Who are we?

At Madhuset you will become part of a strong and dedicated team that is passionate about making good everyday meals for our customers. We deliver food to about 340 homebound citizens in Nyborg Municipality as well as to the municipality's nursing homes.

We have two meal routes

• City route , which delivers meals in and around Nyborg.
• Country route , which covers the hinterland around Nyborg.

Your tasks

• Driving and delivering meals as part of a two-driver team that together handles the routes.
• Ensure correct handling and delivery of meals.
• Loading and unloading the vehicle.
• Contribute to good service and a positive dialogue with customers.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a valid driver's license and is comfortable driving a larger van.
• Is service-minded and thrives in interactions with people.
• Has a good mood and contributes to a positive working environment.
• Is stable and responsible.

Working hours are generally in the period 06:45-15:45 .

Additional information

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and the principles of local pay formation. Please note that a criminal record check will be obtained before employment.

The expected starting salary falls within the range of 13,016 – 13,441 DKK per month excluding pension and special allowances.
