The target group – the purpose of hourly relief
Hourly relief for children is provided under the Child Act § 90 section 1, no. 2, cf. the Social Services Act § 84 section 1.
The purpose of hourly relief is to relieve the parents of a child with reduced physical or mental function. The municipality offers hourly relief when the need for relief has arisen solely due to the child’s disability and when the relief is provided for the sake of the rest of the family.
The child may, for example, have ADHD, autism, physical disabilities, genetic chromosomal abnormalities, etc.
Extent
The allocations are 3 hours per week / 13 hours per month. The hours can be consolidated so there are more hours and fewer days of attendance. This is agreed with the family.

- Normal hours: 145.97 Danish kroner/hour
- Allowance on weekdays after 17:00: 31.55 kroner/hour
