AI Business Solutions

In AI Business Solutions you will become part of one of Denmark's largest departments in the field. We combine Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Data & Analytics and Microsoft 365 with agent AI, advanced analytics and strong security and continuity practices. Across CRM, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service we deliver solutions that:

• Build intelligent agents
• Automates complex processes
• Creates data-driven insights
• Free up employee time and improve the basis for decision-making

You will become part of a professionally strong environment with about 100 specialists, architects, consultants and developers, who work together on some of the most complex solutions built on the Microsoft platform in Denmark. Here you will have the opportunity to spar with talented colleagues, take responsibility in ambitious deliveries and help set the direction for solutions where scalability, governance, security and real business value are thought of from the start.

Your role as Managing Consultant

As Managing Consultant you will share responsibility for the projects' success with the clients. In close collaboration with the project managers, who have the commercial responsibility, you have the technical delivery / architecture responsibility. You can expect in this role that:

• Engage in discussions with decision-makers at client organizations
• Be involved in sales, estimation and delivery of projects
• Help develop your colleagues' consulting skills
• Identify commercial opportunities and translate customers' processes into technical solutions
• Develop solution architecture
• Lead delivery/architecture on some of Denmark's most complex D365 implementations for both public and private organizations.
• Understand and take ownership of your tasks and ensure the quality of the overall solution
• Be close to the customer and flexible about working onsite when it creates value for collaboration and project success.

What do we expect from you?

• 8+ years of experience implementing larger Dynamics 365 solutions - including Sales, Service, Field Service, Customer Insights and/or XRM solutions
• You are familiar with Dataverse and the tools of the Power Platform and Azure.
• Have worked with Azure DevOps or similar tools and possibly CI/CD
• Is a clear and articulate communicator, both written and spoken (Danish and English)
• Is accustomed to agile working and thrives in an environment where we experiment responsibly and learn quickly as we bring AI into processes and solutions
